Rooftop FAQs

The rooftop capacity is rated at 150. The seating capacity is around 100, which includes our lounge seating.

YWe offer rooftop rentals in different timed packages. Happy Hour / Dinner / Late Night. Requiring a rental fee and a food/beverage minimum which varies on the day of the week and rental package. Tax and gratuity not included.

The rooftop has a sound system, microphones, and a flatscreen tv for private events. Our sound system allows you to connect via Bluetooth. You are able to create a custom playlist to play during your event. We do have wired microphones available. We also have a flatscreen TV that is HDMI compatible. If you plan to use this during your event, please bring an HDMI compatible device to connect.

Any and all live musical artists must be approved by Packard’s. We reserve the right to control volume levels and end performances early if necessary.

Yes! You may bring decorations. Please no confetti or glitter.

Tuesday-Thursday 9PM; Friday & Saturday 11PM. We have several apartments that border our rooftop to our West and to the North, and to be good neighbors we will not play music later than 11 P.M.

If weather disrupts an event on the rooftop we will make every attempt to accommodate the event either in our dining room, (depending on prior reservations and seated diners) or the downstairs lobby.

If you want to reserve only a portion of the rooftop for a smaller gathering or event there will be a food and beverage minimum to hold a portion of the rooftop (See Rooftop Event Information above). Otherwise the rooftop is first come first serve/full menu/bar service.

The rooftop is a counter service bar, stocked with a wide selection of liquor, canned beer, and a few select wines. We also offer our full dinner menu and a limited brunch menu (with all your brunch favorites). Food is made in the kitchen downstairs and brought up to the rooftop.

While we are not officially recognized as a "wedding venue," we have hosted many rooftop weddings. We are more than happy to work with you to make your special day a reality. Please fill out the "Contact Us" section above for date availability and wedding cost information.
